  • YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD
  • CNIC/B.form copy.
  • For visit as well as business purposes, an invitation letter with Host Passport Bio Data page, Ghanaian ID Card & Business Registration Certificate, and tax document from Ghana is required.
    a. Chamber of Commerce Recommendation Letter.
    b. Bank Statement Last Six Months.
    c. Last Income Tax (Paid) Copy.
